Five Fashion Faux Pas and How To Fix Them
1.Wearing you clothes too small-if you are really a size 10 squeezing into a size 8 it is time to find the most flattering fit. You will only look like a stuffed sausage.
Solution: Know your Fit, not just your size.
2. Too Much Make-up/ Accessorys-Do not have tons of make-up or jewelry distracting from you as a whole. Soften your look, if you haven't changed your make-up routine since 1988, now is the time!
Solution: lighter make-up for day,darker at night.Keep one focal point. ie; smokey eyes-lighter lip. Red lip- soft face. Keep accessorys to three at a time if you are not sure.
3.VPL's-Visible Panty Lines- NO GRANNY PANTYS! They make an unflattering shape for any size.
Solution: Smooth,Seamless pantys. Spanx come in many different options, also try thongs or boyshorts that want bunch or pucker. White slacks-nude or buff undergarments.
4. A Bare Midriff-unless you are at the beach in a two piece swimsuit, not acceptable!
Solution: Layering.Put a colorful lace tank under that favorite cardigan
5.Wearing The Wrong Colors-just because fushia and lime green are on the runway does't always work with your skintone.
Solution: Wear colors that compliment your skin and experiment with color, it can make or break a great outfit.
